An opponent is standing directly behind you holding a knife in their right hand with their knife to your throat.  You will do two things at exactly the same time for the next several movements: 1. Place your left hand on top of their right hand pressing the hand firmly against your upper chest 2. place your right hand on top of the crook of their right elbow. 

1. As you use your right hand to move their right elbow downward 2. Use your left hand to move their right knife hand slightly away from your chest.

1. Turn your head and upper body the right and towards the three o’clock position as 2. You place the opponent’s right arm in a reverse wrist lock and shoulder dislocation position.

1.Disarm the knife with the left hand and dislocate the opponent’s shoulder with your right hand.  2.What is your next move to complete “your” technique?
