• GM Alexander Archie introduced Joey Walker as a 10^th Degree Black belt and Grand Master of the Kifaru-Jitsu Martial Arts system.
• Continuity of Operations for KJ Karate:
  • The need to ensure leadership at the top continues no matter what the circumstances are for whomever may be the Grand Master of the system.
• Cultivate the future of KJ:
  • How we will need to continuously reach out to keep the system alive.
• Quality and Inclusion:
  • Ensure that we include people into the system, but ensure quality of the person and to promote the competency of the martial arts.
• Evolution of KJ techniques
  • Three prong test: Practical, Easy and Effective.
  • Inclusion of techniques from other sources as long as they meet the standard.
• Advanced Training expectations:
  • All belts and ranks should continue their training to improve.

• All Black belts will submit (via email, text, etc) a photo of their last Kifaru-Jitsu certificate. This allows me to see their “official” grading and allows me to continue their training at the most appropriate level.
