Complete the following technique with your move. Remember that your move should complement not only the position of your body relative to your opponent, but the strike should add to incapacitating the assailant.
Defense against a left side thrust kick to your torso:
Right wrist block, right front kick to the assailant’s groin. Place the assailant’s foot at your 7 o’clock position. Execute a right reverse tettsui strike to their face followed by a left snap punch to their left ribcage.
