For some people who are not into snowboarding, skiing outdoor ice skating or any other winter sports, the winter months can sometimes be a little depressing.  Some people prefer the warmer months when they can recreate outside in comfortable weather to boost their spirits.

So, here’s how we get out of the winter months doldrums.  Take any technique that requires at least four distinct movements.  Put on your favorite song to work the technique to.

As an example, use the song Bad by Michael Jackson. Later you can pick any song that will allow you to perform the movement sequence.  You will want to perform one movement of your four distinct movement technique per beat.  This will then give you another four beats to recover and get back to the starting position before you are performing the next round of movements.

By using this method, this song choice has 4 minutes for you to work this same technique. If you are doing the technique sequence correctly, not only should you be able to get your heart rate up to allow your endorphins to kick in, but it will help to build your muscle memory for that technique.
