This month will be dedicated to learning about the status of the goal you set for 2021.  With all that’s transpiring around us, it can be easy to be distracted and not have moved very far towards your goal. It is not too late to re-dedicate yourself to the goal you set.

It might be easier to stay on track if you place your daily objectives on a calendar.  Place the items strategically throughout the week.  Do what you can to stay on track and remember to measure where you started.  I would not recommend that you measure your improvement each time you complete your task, but wait until at least a week.  This will afford you the opportunity to adjust your task (increase or decrease) with the goal of reaching your daily, weekly and monthly progress.  Don’t get discouraged, Rome was not built in a day and your progress may come slower than expected.  It took you this long to get where you are and your overall goal may not be acquired in a relatively short period of time.
